For more than 20 years I have been studying various philosophical systems and traditions. While travelling around the world fate was throwing me into the most remote and amazing corners of the planet. There I met with outstanding personalities who inspired me to move on, despite all the difficulties and obstacles. Gathering the pearls of knowledge, I have accumulated a huge amount of experience and life algorithm understanding. In the end, I created my own project Yoga Skill.
Yoga Skill is the art of being happy and harmonious, being spiritually independent, realizing one's creative potential, living and being a source of life. The technique is to break out of one's mind dependance and intellectual knowledge, to direct energy to the comprehension of one's experience as a conscious and holistic being.
Yoga Skill method uses the integrity of the body, mind and conscious. This is the fusion of various practices like yoga, qi gong, meditation. The practice considers the condition of the moment here and now and suitable for all levels of practitioners.
I have an international certificate of Sivananda 500 h Yoga Teacher Training course from New York. I use to come to Shaolin in China to practice Kung Fu and Chinese and Burmese swords.
